Friends;
-
Family members; or
-
Any other eligible couple whose story they believe Founder’s Manor should consider.
A couple may receive nominations from more than one person.
The number of nominations received by a couple does not determine the winner. Multiple nominations may demonstrate community support, but this Promotion is not a popularity contest, vote, raffle, sweepstakes, or random drawing.
5. How to Nominate
To submit an eligible nomination, the nominator must:
-
Follow the official Founder’s Manor Instagram account;
-
Like the official A Wedding at the Manor announcement post;
-
Tag at least three friends in the comments of the official announcement post who can help spread the word;
-
Complete and submit the official nomination form through the Founder’s Manor website before the nomination deadline.
Nominators are also encouraged to share the announcement post to their Instagram Story to help Founder’s Manor reach more couples; however, Story sharing is encouraged and is not required for a nomination to be considered.
There is no fee or purchase required to nominate a couple.
Social-media activity does not increase a couple’s odds or score in the selection process.
6. Nomination Content
Nominators will be invited to tell Founder’s Manor about the nominated couple and why they believe the couple should receive A Wedding at the Manor.
Nominations should be truthful and submitted in good faith.
Nominators should not knowingly submit false, misleading, defamatory, private, or confidential information about another person.
Founder’s Manor may disregard nominations that are incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading, automated, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.
7. Permission When Nominating Another Couple
A person may nominate another couple without first obtaining the couple’s formal participation agreement.
Being nominated does not obligate the nominated couple to participate.
Before becoming a finalist or being selected, the nominated couple will be contacted by Founder’s Manor and must affirmatively agree to participate, confirm their eligibility and availability, and accept these Official Rules and any additional wedding agreements.
If a nominated couple declines, cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, is unavailable for November 20, 2026, or does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, Founder’s Manor may remove them from consideration.
8. Selection of the Couple
The selected couple will not be chosen at random.
Following the nomination period, Founder’s Manor will review eligible nominations and select the couple that, in Founder’s Manor’s judgment, best represents the spirit and purpose of A Wedding at the Manor.
Founder’s Manor may consider factors including:
-
The couple’s story;
-
The thoughtfulness and sincerity of the nomination;
-
The significance the wedding would have for the couple;
-
The couple’s availability and ability to participate on November 20, 2026;
-
Compatibility of the couple’s anticipated wedding size and plans with Founder’s Manor;
-
The couple’s willingness to participate in photography, videography, storytelling, and promotional content connected with the wedding;
-
The ability of Founder’s Manor and participating vendors to provide an excellent wedding experience for the couple; and
-
Overall fit with the purpose, character, and spirit of the Promotion.
Founder’s Manor may contact selected nominees for additional information or an interview before making a final decision.
Founder’s Manor will make the final selection in its discretion after considering these factors.
9. No Public Voting
There will be no public vote determining the selected couple.
Founder’s Manor may share information about the Promotion, nominations, finalists, or the selected couple with permission, but likes, shares, comments, followers, nominations, or other social-media engagement will not determine the winner.

For each guest attending above the included 50 guests, the selected couple will be responsible for an overall event surcharge of $50 per additional guest. This surcharge is intended to account for the increased costs and operational requirements associated with a larger wedding and is not limited to any single service or vendor expense.
For example, a wedding with 60 guests would result in an additional event surcharge of $500.
The final guest count must be submitted by the deadline established during the wedding-planning process. Any applicable additional-guest surcharge must be paid according to the payment terms provided by Founder’s Manor.
Founder’s Manor is also inviting wedding professionals and community partners to voluntarily contribute additional services or products to the selected couple.
Any additional products or services provided by participating vendors will be announced separately and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

12. Participating Vendors
Founder’s Manor may invite photographers, florists, caterers, bakers, beauty professionals, rental companies, and other wedding professionals to contribute services to the wedding.
Participating vendors may be added throughout the Promotion.
The availability or withdrawal of a particular third-party vendor will not entitle the selected couple to a cash payment or substitute payment from Founder’s Manor.
Founder’s Manor may substitute a vendor or service when reasonably necessary.

A wedding/venue agreement;
-
Eligibility confirmation;
-
Liability waivers or releases;
-
Photography and videography releases;
-
Publicity and marketing releases;
-
Vendor agreements where applicable; and
-
Any other reasonable documents normally required for an event at Founder’s Manor.
Failure to complete required documents by the deadline provided by Founder’s Manor may result in selection of another couple.
15. Photography, Videography & Publicity
A central purpose of A Wedding at the Manor is to tell the story of the selected couple and showcase Founder’s Manor and the wedding professionals who help create the celebration.
Accordingly, the selected couple must be comfortable with reasonable photography, videography, interviews, and content creation before, during, and after the wedding.
As a condition of accepting the wedding package, the selected couple will be required to enter into a separate written media/publicity release describing the rights granted to Founder’s Manor, Daymaker LLC, and participating vendors.
This may include permission to use approved photographs, video footage, names, likenesses, wedding details, testimonials, and portions of the couple’s story for marketing, advertising, website, social-media, portfolio, editorial, and promotional purposes.
Specific media-use rights will be governed by the separate written release signed by the selected couple.
16. Wedding Requirements
The selected couple agrees to cooperate reasonably with Founder’s Manor and participating vendors in planning the wedding.
The complimentary wedding package includes up to 50 guests. Any approved guests above 50 will be subject to an overall event surcharge of $50 per additional guest.
The wedding must remain within:
-
Founder’s Manor’s permitted occupancy and capacity;
-
Applicable laws and ordinances;
-
Venue rules;
-
Safety requirements;
-
Alcohol requirements;
-
Insurance requirements; and
-
Any other restrictions reasonably necessary for the safe operation of the property.
Final guest count, event timeline, floor plan, vendor access, alcohol service, and other event details will be determined through the wedding-planning process. Any surcharge associated with a guest count above 50 must be paid by the deadline established by Founder’s Manor.
17. Date Requirement
The wedding date is Friday, November 20, 2026.
Because this Promotion is being created specifically around that date, the selected couple must be available and willing to marry on that date.
If the selected couple later cancels, becomes unavailable, or chooses not to proceed, Founder’s Manor is not obligated to provide the wedding on another date or provide a cash equivalent.
18. Changes Beyond Sponsor’s Reasonable Control
Founder’s Manor intends in good faith to provide the wedding described in these rules.
If circumstances beyond Founder’s Manor’s reasonable control materially affect the wedding—including severe weather, governmental action, casualty, property damage, safety concerns, acts of God, or other circumstances making the event illegal, unsafe, or impracticable—Founder’s Manor may reasonably modify, postpone, substitute, or cancel affected portions of the package.
Founder’s Manor will make reasonable good-faith efforts to work with the selected couple if such circumstances occur.
19. Taxes and Other Obligations
Any federal, state, or local tax obligations arising from receipt of the wedding package, if applicable, are the responsibility of the selected couple.
The selected couple should consult their own tax adviser regarding any potential tax consequences.
20. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion, nominators agree to release and hold harmless Founder’s Manor, Daymaker LLC, participating vendors, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising specifically from participation in the nomination process, except where such release is prohibited by law.
Separate event, venue, vendor, and liability terms applicable to the actual wedding will be contained in agreements executed by the selected couple.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
21. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates.
By participating, each participant acknowledges that Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or selection of the couple and releases Instagram and Meta from claims arising from participation in the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Founder’s Manor may disqualify any nomination or participant that:
-
Provides materially false information;

Attempts to manipulate the selection process;
