At Founder's Manor, we turn your Classic Wedding fantasies into breathtaking reality. Picture yourself walking down the aisle of our fully restored 1840's manor house, radiating elegance and grace. Every corner of our venue oozes charm and nostalgia, transporting you and your beloved into a fairytale wonderland. With both indoor and outdoor spaces, your ceremony and reception can be tailored to your desires and preferences, ensuring an experience that perfectly reflects your love story. Spend your first night as newlyweds in our overnight accommodations, surrounded by the history and romance of our manor. This is the wedding venue where dreams come to life.

Saturdays are always reserved for our Classic Weddings, unless you prefer otherwise.  Weekday and Sunday weddings enjoy an additional discount.  All of our classic weddings include:

  • The entire manor and grounds (minus small in-law suite)

  • 7 Hours total time, including

  • 3.5 hour reception

  • .5 hour ceremony

  • 1hour rehearsal walk-through the evening before or before the ceremony

  • 2 hours before to get ready and for photography

  • 1 hour after the reception to clean up and depart 

  • Your choice of wedding ceremony and reception layouts as size and desire dictate

  • Reception:

  • Tables, linens, chairs, various wedding decor

  • Breathtaking double bridal suite, fully loaded with snacks

  • Your choice of grooms room, fully loaded with snacks

  • Day-of Wedding day coordinator

  • 1 hour wedding planner 3 weeks before

  • Guest and wedding party parking 

  • Bride and Groom Send-Off with sparklers or bubbles and bridal bouquet and garter toss

  • Burying the Bourbon Ceremony.  Southern folklore says that if you bury a bottle of bourbon at the site where the bride and groom are to be married, then it won’t rain on their wedding day. According to many believers, this must be done exactly one month before the wedding, the bottle must be completely full and it must be buried upside down in order for it to keep the rain away.  If you don't care for alcohol (or bourbon), you can also bury a bottle of sparkling fruit juice or whatever else you like.  It's said that it works the same!
