Plan Your Celebration
Below are prices for the above event rentals. All prices include house, grounds, and room(s) as described, tables, chairs, floor length table linens, quality gold rimmed plasticware, plastic dinnerware, and plastic cups, and linen-like disposable napkins. To make your event extra special, various decorations are available at no charge.
Party planning services are available at no charge to help ensure your event is a smashing success! Take advantage of our Turn-key package proposals, available upon request. Just fill out our questionnaire and we will respond with an approximate package price that can be further customized to suit your personal preferences and needs, as well as budget.
In most cases, weekdays and Sundays are available for party events. When available, Fridays and Saturdays may also be available. Please call for availability or consult online calendar.
Unless otherwise outlined in writing, all prices include .5 hours for setup, 2 hours for your event, and .5 hours afterwards for cleanup. Depending upon availability, additional hours may be available for $150 an hour, but must be scheduled in advance at time of making the reservation.
